Club Committees
Please consider signing up to serve on one of our committees. Below is a description of what is involved with each committee. If you are able to help click on the button below and tell us where you would like to serve.
Range/Grounds/Safety Committee
- Responsible for any building maintenance & repairs
- Responsible for upkeep of equipment
- Responsible for target repairs
- Responsible for improvements including building, range, targets, etc.
- Responsible for workday events
- Responsible for public shoots
- Responsible for SOP updates
- Responsible for Safety kits
- Responsible for obtaining mowing & snow plowing quotes each year
- Changing code on locks each year
- Pick up and file guest waivers
- Make sure waivers are available at ranges for guests
Budget & Finance
- Responsible for creating annual budget, due by December members meeting
- Responsible for annual audit, due to officers February, members March
- Ensuring club spending is inline with bylaws/Constitution
Internal Affairs & Public Relations
- Responsible for planning events (picnic)
- Responsible for website updates
- Responsible for Facebook posts
- Responsible for Bylaw/Constitution changes/updates
Legislative
- Responsible for keeping the club informed about the happenings with the Local, State, and Federal Government.
